Founded in 2002, Ecocetera is a solar PV installer in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, working mainly in the city and the immediate surrounding area. It installs for homes, businesses and community buildings such as village halls, churches, sports clubs, charities and co-operatives. The company says it first gained MCS accreditation in 2009, and it is MCS certified for solar PV and battery storage (MCS certificate NIC-1483, checked on the MCS installer search on 25 September 2026).

Besides new solar PV systems, it fits battery storage and smart switches, upgrades existing systems, and maintains, services and repairs solar PV installations, including ones fitted by other companies. The company says each job starts with a survey and quotation, followed by system design and installation, and that it registers each system with the relevant authorities. Brands named in its project write-ups include REC and Canadian Solar panels, SolarEdge, Solis and Fronius inverters, and Tesla Powerwall, GivEnergy and Anker SOLIX batteries.

Its projects include solar PV on homes in Stoke Bishop and Portishead (a barn conversion with roof-integrated panels), on two Bristol buildings converted into flats, a former telephone exchange and a former pub, and solar with battery storage for a scout hut.
