Family-run and established in 2009, Impact Services is the trading name of Impact Renewable Energy Ltd, based in Norwich. It serves Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the wider East Anglia region, working for homeowners, businesses, schools, farms and places of worship, and is MCS certified for solar PV and battery storage (MCS certificate NIC-5804, checked on the MCS installer search on 25 September 2026).
Alongside domestic and commercial rooftop solar, the company installs ground-mounted arrays, solar carports, battery storage, EV chargers and energy diverters that heat water with surplus solar power; it also fits air conditioning. Work starts with a consultation and a home survey by an in-house engineer, followed by a written proposal with a bespoke system design. The company says its own employed installers, not subcontractors, fit the system, followed by handover and aftercare.
