Rollings Renewables

Rollings Renewables is a Worcestershire company installing solar PV, battery storage, air source heat pumps, air conditioning and EV chargers for homes and businesses. The company describes itself as family-run and says it was founded in 2002 by an electrician who had started out with the regional electricity board in 1989, and that it moved into renewable energy after the founder's daughter and her partner joined in 2019. It says it has installed over 450 solar systems. It is MCS certified for solar PV, battery storage and air source heat pumps (MCS certificate NIC-5978, checked on the MCS installer search on 25 September 2026).

The company says it starts with a consultation to assess the property, energy use and goals, then designs the system, submits the G99 grid-connection application to the local distribution network operator before booking the installation and installs with its own directly employed engineers. It also offers “Eco Home” packages that bundle renewable technologies.

Its project write-ups cover a home with 26 solar panels and a 20kWh battery, where roof and chimney repairs were carried out alongside the installation, and a 100kW commercial system across two units in Alcester using SolarEdge optimisers and inverters.
